We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Panties and other intimate wear that has been worn or washed.
  • Custom-fitted or personalized lingerie.
